Who we are
Independent Practice Partners LLC ("IPP") provides non-clinical operational management services to independent dental practices. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. Contact us at hello@ipp-dental.com with any questions.
Patient information
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover patient or practice data we handle for client practices under our service agreements, which is governed by those agreements. Please do not send patient information through this site. If you do, we will delete it.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address and message you send. We use them to respond to your inquiry. Where EU or UK law applies, we do this to answer your request or take steps before a contract, and we run analytics only with your consent.
Analytics and cookies
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not load, and set no cookies, until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, they stay off.
Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, measures page views, how visitors reach the site and how they interact with pages. To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, records how you interact with the site, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and creates heatmaps and session replays. We use this to improve the site. Text typed into form fields is masked and not recorded. Clarity uses first-party and third-party cookies. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Once you accept, these tools receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months, and we ask again after that. Because analytics stay off unless you opt in, we do not separately respond to browser Do Not Track signals. If you accept, Microsoft may use third-party cookies that can recognize your browser on other sites.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information, share it for targeted advertising, or use advertising cookies. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site: Vercel (hosting, which processes standard server logs such as IP addresses), Resend (delivers contact form messages), our email provider (our inbox), and, only if you accept analytics, Google and Microsoft. These providers are based in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information is processed there.
How long we keep information
Contact form messages stay in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business relationship, then are deleted. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Clarity session recordings are kept for 30 days, and heatmap data and recordings we save for review for up to 9 months. Hosting logs are kept by our host for a short period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have sent us, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@ipp-dental.com. We will reply within 30 days. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer, or clear cookies in your browser. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable measures, including HTTPS and access-limited accounts, to protect information. No method is completely secure.
Children
This site is for dental professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect their information.
Other sites
Booking a call through Calendly, or following other outside links, is governed by those providers' privacy policies.
Changes
We will post any updates to this policy on this page and change the date above. If we make a significant change, we will ask for your cookie choice again.
